Our sorority was founded on promoting a plethora of ideals and beliefs since her inception. Amongst the many things that are cherished to the Sorority is the value of giving back to the community through various programs and service initiatives. As a sociopolitical service-oriented sisterhood, we strive diligently to raise the standard of excellence through our programs and community service efforts, always setting goals higher in order to reach and provide an outlet to uplift our community in a positive and empowering manner.

Lambda Tau Omega’s paramount philanthropy is children. We feel that children are the most important element in building and strengthening our community for the future. For those reasons, we dedicated our attention to different humane efforts geared towards children. We believe that through the voice of quality womyn, powerful changes can occur, and for that Lambda Tau Omega strives to spread the endless positive qualities of our sisterhood in order to bring about enrichment to our communities.
